Tanner Electric uses an Advanced Meter Reading (AMR) program for its electric meters.
The new electronic meters will be able to communicate directly to and from the Tanner office. We will be able to read your meter without having a person go to your house or business and read the meter. We will also be able to determine during a power outage which members do not have power allowing us to dispatch repair crews more quickly to the exact location of the outage.
