Altered Service / New Construction

This form is for existing electric service that you want to alter or requires the construction of a new powerline.

 

To apply for altered service or new constrution, please complete and submit an application for a new construction power connection. (webform)

A $240 non-refundable construction estimate fee is due at the time you submit your application. This fee will be applied toward the cost of construction should you choose to follow through with your estimate and add new service. Mail a check or money order to the Tanner North Bend office and include "new estimate fee" in the memo line.

* Residential Utility Easement Agreement, please fill out and mail this form (PDF).  King County and Pierce County recording department requires original executed paperwork-no copies or scans will be accepted.

* Corporate Utility Easement Agreement, please fill out and mail this form (PDF).   King County and Pierce County recording department requires original executed paperwork-no copies or scans will be accepted.
