• WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
• WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington.
• WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM PST Monday 12/8/2025
• IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Trees &  limbs could be blown down, and power outages may result because of the winds and heavy rainfall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS....Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle. Secure any outdoor objects.

• After a thorough review of costs and future needs, the Board of Directors has approved a rate increase effective January 1, 2026. Residential rates will see a 2% increase in fixed charges and a 6% increase to the variable kWh rate, and all other rate classes will see a 6% increase in their bill.
